27 TRIOPLAST is determined that all employees shall thrive at work and ar- ranged a Safety Week in the period 24-30 September as a way to ensure it. The Safe- ty Week is a week that concerns thinking about safety in both the workplace and in life. The aim was to engage all staff members and increase awareness of is- sues such as stop smoking, first aid, diet advice, mindfulness, stress, heavy lifting and much, much more. Various workshops were also organized in which staff mem- bers could get a massage, try out running, bike in groups or go powerwalking. The activities and workshops were adapted for the units within the Trioplast Group so that everyone got the chance to participate. It is hoped that the week will help to engen- der new thoughts and new positive habits among all those who took part. THE ACQUISITION OF TRIOPLAST by Altor Fond IV (Altor) was completed on 29 June this year. As principal owner, Altor has a long-term perspective and a long-term plan, which means that development within Trioplast will be further intensified regarding innovations, new technology and formulating plastics that minimize environmental impact. Altor has a long history of managing and develop- ing well-run family companies, such as Piab, Dustin and Byggmax.
